Cancellation Policy
Clients will be expected to arrive on time for their appointments. If appointments cannot be kept, the client must inform the Service, giving 24 hours notice of cancellation, minimum.
This can be done by leaving a message on the answer phone on 0207 723 8050 or sending an email to connect@ccscounselling.org.uk.
Any cancelled, missed or changed appointments with less than 24-hours notice are charged the usual session fee.
